Provided by YP.comI had the pleasure of working with the Raleigh, NC office after our recent rain storm. A large tree had fallen on our house, Kustom was there to help! After the tree was removed their team immediately put tarps on our roof and boarded up the broken window to keep the "never ending rain" from damaging our house more. When the adjuster came out, Kustom was there! The adjuster was great and Kustom was able to point out a number of items that would also need to be repaired as a result of the tree. The adjuster and the PM from Kustom compared notes and agreed on a scope that allowed them to start work immediately! all that's left is the painting! Thank you for making this easy Kustom!

Provided by YP.comAfter the fire they helped with securing the house to prevent more damage from the rain. Met with our adjuster and made sure we received a fair shake! The repairs were completed quicker than I could have imagined. The entire team was great!

The Instant Assist team impressed us and with a good rating with BBB after 50 years we chose them. They truly helped us in a time of need, took care of our home like it was their own.

Provided by YPmobileI recently had a flood caused by tropical storm Andrea, I called Kustom US to come out and assist they were very quick to respond and were very professional. They helped us get our house back in order fairly quickly and are assisting us with Farmers Insurance. I couldn't be happier!! 2 thumbs up!

Provided by YP.comI recently used this company to handle a pipe breaking in my home and flooding the upstairs and also downstairs living room, not only were they quick to respond less than an hour they were extremely professional. Very knowledgeable. Explained the process so that I understood since this was my first claim ever filing. Highly recommend!
