Provided by YP.comThe service I received was unprofessional. The office attendant (no name given) tried to sell tooth whitener with no label, in a ziploc bag. As a medical office, I would expect there to be at least instructions on how to use, not to mention the ingredients advertised in some way. She was snippy and brash when I suggested such. I will not use their service again.
