Provided by YP.comMy wife signed up with Le Bleu some time ago . They we not her first choice . Culligan does not service the Fayetteville ,Raeford ford area.. Le Bleu has pretty good water but the service can be lacking at times. Since we have been with Le Bleu the drivers for this area have changed several times. The equipment has leaked once but I have tile floors so it didn't do any damage. Most recently we had a snow storm on delivery day on the 17th of Jan 2018. It didn't snow all day in fayetteville,NC. The snow came in the evening. They could have delivered .water. I have tried to contact Le Bleu for 2 days to see when a new delivery date will be published. I rent their equipment and I am sure these two days will count toward that rent but I have to purchase water from Food Lion because they cant deliver the product.....Their voice mail is full up. Seems like no one has come into their offices to respond to calls. Yesterday and today were sunny days. I guess if a truck cannot move in Raleigh to deliver water they wont let a truck move to deliver water in Fayetteville, NC. My wife needs bottled water as she is a kidney recipient. She has to drink a lot of bottled water every day. I guess it wouldn't be so bad but they go hide their heads in the sand....or maybe snow!! and wont take the time to even talk with their customers . If I can find a reliable water company near Raeford ,NC I will definitely switch

Provided by YP.comWe had two accounts with Le Bleu of Raleigh at work and my wife had one at our home. The bottle delivered to my home had a leak. It damaged our wood floors. When I called manager Lewis about it he told me . My wife signed a waiver of responsibility. I told him I was never presented one at work and to produce the document. He said he would talk to his higher ups and call me back. He never did nor answered any of my phone calls. I am preparing a small claims case about it now because it has been three months of dodging and ducking.
