Provided by YP.comDon't trust anything the salespeople say. They will lie to you to make a sale. Get everything in writing so they don't scam you. Or better yet, try another dealership with more integrity.

Provided by SuperpagesSet up an appointment to get lock switch changed after locksmith and local repair shop said I needed to go to Honda to get changed. Person setting up appointment said this was normal and they had everything at shop and should take 2 hours or max 2.5 hours. Honda required a diagnostic test which I did not want and committed me ~$100 charge and recommending more services before . After 75 minutes, they came to me with various recommendations of services I did want or necessarrily need. They recommended a new / better solution to a problem I had previous discussed with Honda on a previous visit. Then they told me it would take a minimum of 2.5 hours to change locks. Sales person did not explain my options well and I did not value her approach though it was a difficult situation bc I needed to leave b4 then. The cost was higher than what was estimated by local repair shop after calling Honda parts and taking over 4 hours to change lock switch is excessive w apptmt.

Provided by YP.comI am responding to the poor rating given by someone upset their child seats were not reinstalled properly. I FIND IT RATHER DISTRESSING THAT A PARENT WOULD PUT THEIR KIDS IN SEATS THAT THEY DID NOT CHECK FOR SAFETY AND SECURITY AFTER VEHICLE WAS SERVICED!!!!! You blame the dealership? I BLAME YOU!! SURPRISED?? As a Pediatric RN and mother of twins, I have always had 2 carseats and I am the only one responsible for their safety in the car. NOT some service guy who could be a kid mechanic or any other dude who does not have kids and knows nothing about carseats!!! Really?, some people like to blame others for their own carelessness. Glad you discovered it--eventually-- and hope you learned that YOU have to be the safety net for YOUR OWN children. NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING! BTW, I have never dealt with these folks and have never owned a Honda but am thinking about buying an Odyssey, hence being on this site. Leith Honda should know that your review has been totally discounted by me and hopefully many others with common sense!!

Provided by YP.comLeith Honda not only was dishonest in their business dealings with me, but also very, very rude. I asked for a dealer search and was told there was no other cars I wanted in the tri-state area. When I called Autopark Honda in 10 minutes, they found 3 exact matches.
Needless to say, Autopark gave me the same exact pricing as Leith and they are HONEST! How can you trust a dealership that just wants you to buy off their lot and not tell you the truth so a consumer can make the best decision? Disappointing to say the least. Steven Bonanza is terrible and has no idea how to treat a person with respect.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO LEITH!

Provided by SuperpagesWe spent time looking at autos over the last few months. We looked at the Sonata, Jetta and the Cruz. The Honda Accord model was the best by far. The ride, the quietness on the road and the appointments were superior. Leith Honda was the best dealership that we have dealt with in years. I hesitated with buying a new auto because of the whole process that you have to go through. What a pleasant surprise, our salesman, Steve Bonanza, was great. He was very professional. We were treated as if we were purchasing a Lexus. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and relatives. I would tell them to ask for Steve Bonanza.
