WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I hav...

WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT I have ever seen. On Monday I Made an appointment for Thursday i dropped the car off on Wednesday evening. Called Friday morning at 11 AM they told me my car would be ready between 2 and 3 PM. When I arrived to pick it up at 3PM they hadn't started on it they told me the part wasn't there and they were calling me all day to tell it wouldn't be done. If it wasn't going to be done and they were calling me all day why did they tell me at 11 AM to pick it up between 2 and 3 PM there was no record of them calling me in my phones history til 1 PM I would not call that calling me all day. Why didn't they order the part on Monday and why did they tell me the part was there on TUESDAY? These guys are some serious LIARS!
