As a former student who was given the chance to come back and teach at the school I am overjoyed to be here. I love the fact that I can pass on what I learned as a student to other students now as it was done for me. It is rewarding to see students succeed in class, pass their certification tests, and obtain a job in their specific fields.

-The school itself is in a good location not to far from the Downtown Raleigh Area. The faculty is pretty much the same as any other school, but its evident that the teachers are more helpful than the advisers. The Financial aid changes so much makes it hard to talk about the way my money is been collected with every person having to find out what i was doing with my loans and scholarships etc.

Most teachers are great and experienced, but some can come off as strict only because they want to push you harder due to the fact they see potential; a few teachers do glorify certain students because of their skills and experience, which makes it feel as though your projects art like theirs, and would receive more attention. They do expect a lot from you and your projects as Living Arts college is a all year round college, so its best to keep your scope really small or spend countless nights NOT sleeping.

If your looking for a college Living arts is good for small hands on learning classes

Working for Living Arts College has been an amazing journey. I have been working with the school since 2009. I have seen the school grow in many ways. There have been some bad reviews from bitter ex-employees and some students, but I have had nothing more than a great experience. From my experience, the greatest part has been watching students achieve their goals step by step including working in their field. I have met with many students and heard many stories from students about how they want to change their lives. The best part is when they actually achieve that goal because they worked hard to get it. Living Arts College provides great opportunity for anyone who is willing and ready to achieve their working goals whether it is employees or students!

Living arts has teachers dedicated to helping out the students, with advise after class and even come in after class to help work on personal projects. The personal knowledge has even help me grow as a person, musician, and in the business field.

I love my LAC!! I have been an employee of Living Arts College since 2004 and have loved my experience working here as much as I enjoyed being a student.

I was a student from 2001 to 2004 and earned my Associates in Digital Animation. We always had the most current software packages and the staff to teach the curriculum. Most companies didn't even have the most current software as quickly as the school had it installed on each computer.

I was also lucky enough to go to Promax BDA 2005 which is a broadcast design conference held in NY. It was an eye opening experience to see just how many different fields it takes to run a network or create award winning films, commercials, documentaries, etc. The College offers students many chances to go to different conferences all around the country in all types of fields of study. Such as, Siggraph, Promax BDA, Cucalorus Film Festival, AES Audio Conference, GDC, NAB, Look3 Festival of the Photograph and countless other opportunities to network with professionals in their field of study.

In short, I am a better, more informed and educated individual because of my long relationship with Living Arts College. I love my LAC!

This school was great in helping me find my passion in design. I was hesitant to attend the school from reading negative reviews, but most of them were from a few years so I took a tour of the school and I am glad I did. Made some great friends and also get great advice from the instructors.

Living Arts College was perfect for me because here it is more about the work you produce and less on test scores and spending long nights studying. Classes are fun and you get to be as creative as you want. A lot of the negative reviews I have seen come from students who did not try at all and got upset at the instructors when they gave them a bad grade. This is a great school for people that want to learn and succeed in their field.
