On my daughter's second visit to the salon she wanted to do a ombre color and brought a photo. The haircut was wonderful as usual but the color looked nothing like what she asked for. The stylist was very impressed with the job they did and my daughter was confused by their enthusiasm. That evening and the next morning I spoke several times with the salon and salon owner. I did not feel comfortable getting the color "fixed" by the original stylist and they could not accommodate our work schedules for an appointment with someone else. I tried another salon who brought her hair back to natural so she could go to work without embarrassing hair. When I tried to schedule with Mark Christopher salon for them to fix the ombre I was informed that because the other salon ruined her hair, my daughter (this was not the rude term they used) would have to pay for yet another full service. Do not go to this salon they have no respect for their customers.

Mark Christopher Salon and Sarah Pohl are great!. I have fine hair that is hard to cut and style well. Sarah does a wonderful job on both counts. The atmosphere in the salon is relaxing and professional. They make you feel special.

Mark Christopher Salon is truly a unique one of a kind experience. From the moment I walked in, I knew that I had arrived to the perfect place. I have extremely curly hair and Mark not only knew exactly what color to select, but he suggested some products so that I can continue my routine at home. I was so pleased with my experience, that I decided to re-schedule for my follow up. I highly recommend the Mark Christopher salon to anyone who wants the ultimate salon experience in Raleigh!! Absolutely beautiful! The moment you walk in the door you feel at ease. Very relaxing and calming environment. The stylists are wonderful and did an amazing job on my color and my haircut. I will be referring my friends and family! Can't wait to go back!
