I am not sure what that last reviewer was talking about. I just left Dr Martin's office and I couldnt be happier! He is kind and very patient. I asked a lot of questions and he was very informative when answering. The office just had a charity event this past weekend and did free dentistry for a bunch of people in the community (I think the assistant said they saw 80 people in one day!) His staff is outstanding. They seem to really have fun and love working there. I couldnt be happier and referred my boyfriend as soon as I got home. Trust me, you will love him and his staff!! Excellent Doctor!

I believe this was possibly the worst experience with a dentist. Dr. Martin presents himself as caring and concerned, until he has your money in his hands and then he is a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. The sedation I was given was not effective. I was told I would not remember the pain or the procedure; however I can remember most of my procedure and even remember screaming at one point, because the pain was so unbearable. My post procedure care was sub-par at best. Dr. Martin was unresponsive to my concerns and was very condescending. I was asked to pay upfront for services that were never rendered and was not afforded an explanation of why the procedures were not completed.
