Received a careless and reckless charge and was inundated with advertisements for attorneys to represent me. Who do you choose and trust? Attorney Matheson presented the best letter and went with his firm. He made no promises but got me a pjc. No increase in insurance nor points. I was keeping my license and super happy with it all. Matheson Law Office is friendly, professional and very quick to respond. I received "another" pretty excessive speeding ticket (which I didn't think that I could get out of). They worked until they came to a resolution that was more then what I could ask for. This Law firm really wants to help and not just looking to make a quick $. Trust me. If you want someone you can trust and rely on without breaking the bank, call them!

There are so many good things to say about the Matheson Law Office. Upon facing DWI charges it was difficult for me to decide on a law firm. I initially hired a large, well known law firm in the Raleigh area thinking that they (the names on the doors) would defend me to the best of their abilities. That law firm assigned me a junior attorney that had a year of experience and had zero confidence in even attempting to put up a fight for my charges. I ended up parting ways with that firm; losing quite a bit of money, but it was completely worth it after hiring the Matheson Law Office. Attorney Matheson listened to my side of the story and took time to explain things in ways that I could understand them. He eased my concerns about what was happening now and what would happen next. Mr. Matheson is great at explaining all aspects of the law. He was always available to answer all the questions that I had. My case ended up going to trial and Mr. Matheson demonstrated skills in defending my case that blew me away. What impressed me most about Mr. Matheson was his confidence and determination during the trial; attributes that my original attorney lacked. My trial resulted in a Not Guilty verdict and I believe this was a direct result of the representation that Attorney Matheson gave me.
