Provided by YP.comMy husband put in an order for pick up at 8:45pm and was told it would be ready in 15 mins. He showed up at 9pm and the servers and cooks were walking out. He was told that they hadn't put his order through because they "cook everything fresh" DESPITE the fact they had told him it would take 15 mins for his order to be ready. The manager offered 0 resolution for the problem, saying "that's why it takes 2 mins for your order to be ready...we cook it fresh." REALLY? Because you told us it would take 15 mins to be ready. Nevertheless besides this confounding idiotic logic, the cleanliness rating was a 90% and he said it smelled horrible. I suppose they apply the same "logic" of "cooking fresh" in 2 mins...even though they say 15 mins....to their expiration dates and their promptness and urgency to keeping their establishment clean.

Provided by YP.comMy experience with the Mayflower in Raleigh has been absolutely wonderful. The service has been great, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is terrific. I've actually eaten there recently, since the Gulf oil spill, and the experience was no different from the times I've been there before. I know that the oil spill has made some people grow wary about eating sea food, but I can assure you that the food there is still as amazing as always.

Provided by YP.comI'd heard good things about this place, so I decided to try it out. I was not disappointed. The staff was very kind, and my tea was never empty. The seafood is good broiled or fried, and the chicken is good too. I would definitely recomend.

Provided by YP.comThe seafood is good, the slaw is not as good as some restaurants, atmosphere needs some work. Waitresses are polite - prices are in line with other places that serve seafood.
