I have rented from Metro Property Management for a few years and have enjoyed my experience. The staff has been very pleasant to work with from day one. I will continue to renew my Lease as long as they will let me. I like being able to pay rent and submit maintenance requests online!

Metro has managed my properties for many years. I have appreciated the care they have taken with my properties and the expert service received. I have been fortunate to have many long term tenants that have treated the properties as their own. The staff at Metro Property Management has always been pleasant and responsive and I am glad that I have trusted them with my investments for many years!

I am thankful for Metro Property Management and the staff there. I have been with them three years now and the first two coming out of divorce and kids was hard. The were respectful and flexible and always tried to work things out. It's good to be past that now. They are good Landlords.

We are a career Military family who DID NOT want to live in Goldsboro. We found a home through Metro in between Clayton and Garner. We were surprised with a transfer order about half way through third term. Chris put property on market and rented it while we were still there. This was a huge relief in our transition. If we find ourselves back in this area we will rent from them again.

I am thankful for Metro Property Mgmt. and the staff. I have rented three years and the first two were a little rough being New divorce and kids. I was late a lot and they were always respecting and tried to work things out. It's good to be past that time now.

I'm over 60 and over the last nine years Metro Property Management has been quick to respond to my maintenance needs. I think they are a fine group to deal with.

I had a good experience with Metro Property Management. I liked that the pet deposit was not a fee and was refundable. It was also good being able to walk to State the last 3 years.
