Our ac went out and we had Metrotech Heating and Air come out after-hours. John was able to get our system repaired by replacing the condenser fan motor. After he installed the motor he showed us why the motor failed. It was due to a dirty condenser coil and the bushes needed trimming back. After he cleaned the system it ran better than it has in a while. We signed up for a yearly maintenance. The company was referred to us by our neighbor. The service technician was clean looking and wore a uniform. The truck looked nice to. My mother, who was visiting us with us, was impressed.
