I visited this consignment shop on behalf of my wife for the first time on November 11th 2014. When I walked up to the door a brunette was helping a gentleman and she seemed very nice. I proceeded to walk in the building to ask about dropping off some items for consignment. The lady at the counter was very polite, however, the brunette walked in and heard just a portion of the conversation and proceeded to say,"You picked the wrong day to come by. We have maintenance in our restrooms, we are still stocking items and do you see all the stuff we still haven't sold?". The lady at the counter seemed puzzled and could tell the attitude the brunette gave me was offensive. I was never asked if I could return on a better day. After a quick glance around and seeing how cluttered the place was I decided to take my business elsewhere. I found several other shops that had very inviting attitudes.

This place is great--new management since Jan, 2013--new website, new focus, new store layout--I highly recommend you check it out for yourself! The problem with these websites is obvious: there is no filter that removes OLD, OUTDATED comments that skew the overall rating. Things change--and Passage has changed dramatically. Check it out!
