Popeye's food is great however the service sucks at this location. Bee there 4 times. The first time, the lady behind the counter was very helpful in explaining the menu. I purchased 2 3piece all white meals to go. Got home and everything was perfect.



The second time I visited, I again ordered 2 3piece all white meals to go. When I arrived home, I discovered I had received 2 2p8ce all white meals. I called the restaurant and the manager gave me her name and a code and said to stop by and give her name and code at the cashier and I would receive the 2 chicken breasts that I had been shorted.



The third time I visited, I ordered 2 3piece all white meals to go. When the food was presented to me I decided to check my order. The sides for each meal were missing. They corrected the problem on the spot.



I stopped by yesterday on the way home from the beach since I was passing by Popeye's. After waiting in line inside for 20 minutes, I was finally able to place my order. I ordered 2 3piece all white meals to go. I did not check the order before I left the restaurant.



A couple of hours later when we opened the meals to eat I discovered that I had been given 2 2piece dark meat meals. I was furious and called the store about the error. I was told to bring the meals back and they would replace them with white meat. That would have been fine except I live 15 miles from the restaurant and it was too far and would take too much time to exchange the meals.



If you're getting meals to go from this place you had better check your order before you leave. Otherwise there is a high probability your oder will be wrong and you'll be as mad as I was!

I love Popeyes chicken! I prefer the mild, but it's all delicious. Those biscuits are the best of ANY fast food restaurant, even Bojangles! If they served breakfast at this location (New Been Ave, Raleigh), it would be AWESOME!!

Best chicken in Raleigh. Bojangles look out. Many of us have wanted a non-spicy option that you simply cannot or will not provide - in either case, excellent service, clean place, Awesome food. Best chicken in Raleigh. Build more locations starting with Apex, then Cary, welcome Popeyes we have waited for you long enough.

Tried popeyes for the first time.The red beans and rice and po boy was great!! I'll be back for sure.
