The people that work here are the most informative people that I know about body piercing. Any question that you have about your piercing, they can answer. They also have the largest selection of body jewelry in Raleigh. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at this place. The two sweetest guys I know in the business.

Progress is one of the best body piercing shops in North Carolina hands down. A knowledgeable staff, an immaculate shop and great customer service makes for an amazing experience every time I go. When I first walked through the door my lobes were at 10 gauge and I had a minor infection. Seth, the owner, instantly knew what was going on and told me exactly what to do to get it cleared up. He had no problem answering all my questions and informing me about proper aftercare and stretching techniques. The service I received was above and beyond anything I expected, he even emailed me a week later asking me to come back in so he could check my progress. He didn't have to do any of this since he didn't perform the piercing but he was looking out for my best interest the whole time. Well a year later my ears are at 3/4” and are doing awesome. I recently my second branding done and I’m happy to say it turned out amazing. I will be a loyal customer of Progress for the rest of my life. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best body piercing possible. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

After many calls to other shops in Raleigh, I ended up going to Pro-Gress Body Piercing. Not only is the staff very friendly and knowledgeable(they have the certificates to prove that)but the studio itself was amazing! The atmosphere was so calm and inviting that I didn't feel out of place. And the jewelry...I felt like a kid in a candy store!! There is so much to choose from!!

progress is amazing! My ears are 1&1/2 inches and no one ever has anything in stock in my size. progress not only has my size (and larger) but they have lots of options for large size earlobes. The shop is immaculate, the piercers are top notch, helpful and polite, and they can do any piercing that you want. Other shops just don't compare. Save yourself the time, money and hassle of dealing with anyone else in the triangle-GO TO PROGRESS FIRST!
