Excellent Workmanship! I can't describe how pleased I am with my furniture. Now that all of the hustle and bustle of the holidays is over. I have compared my newly upholstered furniture from Rainbow to other recently upholstered pieces from another local upholsterer and there is NO comparison. Rainbow's quality is so high end and detailed it is incredible. These people should offer classes to some of the other upholsterers. They have it MASTERED!

Took forever to respond to my request for a quote and responded via email. Then called religiously until I picked up my phone. Once I did, they were snappy about how I hadn't responded to their late email. I told them they had taken so long to respond that I chose not to use their services and they were incredibly rude and confrontational about it.

I have 3 cusions that need to be replaced. When I called to get a quote, the guy that answered was VERY RUDE. If you do not bring your furniture down to them they can not help you. If they do not want future customers calling, they should not answer the phone. Will never recommend them to anyone!!

I have had many pieces of furniture upholstered over the past 30 years and I can honestly say that Rainbow is by far the best I have ever used. They have done 2 camel back sofas, 1 large sofa, a French chair, 2 wing back chairs, 2 sheraton chairs and repaired a dining room chair for me. I continue to go back to them because of their superior customer service, quick pick-up and delivery, and most of all because of their outstanding workmanship. They are perfectionist in matching and centering patterns and designs. They are honest and just great people to work with. Rainbow receives our highest recommendation.

I'm a young professional, new to the area. I stumbled across this shop one Saturday when they were having a tag sale. I found an old ratty sofa there that seemed well built and one of their nice sales persons helped me select a fabric that I got for free I must add. We'll their delivery crew delivered it yesterday and I can't get over how gorgeous this is. I've looked at new furniture for the past 6 months and what I purchased from Rainbow for $1500, I could not have gotten for $4000 at any of the glitzy furniture stores in town. I'll have this piece for many many years. They were great! my furniture is great!. I'll definately go back!!
