I called in because DSS was considering paying for my Voucher as long as I found a day care before my appointment and I was being placed on a job so everything was in a rush I called in spoken to Reginas daughter which runs the morning shift covers for Toddlers she was very nice and provide allot of information needed about the daycare as if I was there viewing because I explained my situation and I didn’t have the gas to come at the moment to visit because I had to obtain my daughter birth certificate so my voucher could be written off by Dss and I explained to her that my mother will be coming to visit the daycare in place of me because she lives in Raleigh and I trust her judgement then she said find if possible tell her to come before 11 she can talk to me because she states she takes care of Toddlers so I said okay I will let her know. After that I hung up the phone and called back for a question I forgot to ask but this time Reginas Husband answered and he was very rude talking about idk if we can work with your training schedule I’m like she told me you 1,2 and 3 shift is open?! He like yes so what you mean?! Then he like we will have to meet you first and what did my daughter tell you I don’t think that’s right bull crap!! Then I showed up because my mom wasn’t able to make it she was rude like yeah you have to let us know ahead of time bull crap you can call and let Regina know or his daughter I came way from Fayetteville for that bs then he was rude like we don’t do drop in I’m like I’m not dropping my daughter off and don’t know your facility explaining to him how dss work he like ik so why you ask me about a drop in then the daycare from my peel view looked old and smelled old I will never bring my child somewhere like that because one thing I don’t play about is my Baby and if I’m giving you money sell me on why I should suppose your business his place looks like they put no money back into there business
