I bought a long, red woolen coat with black velvet cuffs and back accent and black and gold buttons at ReTails for $12 two years ago. Without fail, every single time I've worn it (which is just about everytime I go out in the wintertime, maybe 15 times/month), somebody compliments me on it! Best $12 I've ever spent!
