worst sandwich I ever had

Either these people do not know what a sandwich is supposed to look like or they are trying too hard to maximize their profit by lowering/eliminating their costs. This was the skimpiest sandwich I have ever had--it was nothing but two pieces of smashed bread with one tiny piece of meat and a shred of lettuce. I will NEVER eat here again--I will go to the Subway at Strickland Road and Six Forks where they provide the customer with a fair deal.

What customer service?????

I'm a teacher at a local school and only have 20 minutes to get and eat lunch. I tried calling an order in so that I could quickly pick it up and get back to school on time to pick up my students. They told me NO. So I took my business to Jersey Mike's where they always take phone orders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Believe me, I wish I had the time to go across the street and wait while my sandwich was made fresh and had time to sit and enjoy it, but that's not an option for me. I shouldn't be surprised...they aren't actually lining up to be a business partner with our school!

Mrs. Lee. We always took phone orders from school until. For some strange reason, we have been getting prank calls regarding orders. We would make sandwiches for called order and no one would come pick it up. We stopped taking phone orders for short time until we could figure out way to deal with prank calls/orders. Now we have a way to confirm a caller and their phone number. Please try us again. Fax : 919-844-1208. Phone: 919-844-1207 - You can fax in the order and call to confirm it or ask to call back.
