The food is amazing no doubt, we've always loved their food, if you want to have authentic Japanese food, this is definitely the place to go.



However, if you have a big party more than 6 people, I'll suggest you to go somewhere else. We had an weird almost unpleasant experience last week when we had 7 people party. First of all, the waitress messed up my order, the first mistake she made was she doesn't repeat everyone's order when we were placing order, and she insisted that I told her wrong order. Second, when we were checking out, she miscalculated one of our friends' changes, it was $10 different. Last which is also the most weird one, when she gave us bills, not only she just used post-it to write down each group's total amount without any listed item, but when we got our receipt back, she already hand written down every one's mandatory 18% gratitude, that made us feel really uncomfortable and disrespectful. It is a common sense that you should tip over 18% if you have a more than 6 people big party, she could have just address to us (even though we all already know this rule)but instead, she just wrote the tips by herself, especially we couldn't see the listed items on our receipt.



I'll say the food is good but they need improve on their customer service.

Sushi Tsune has VERY LOW QUALITY sushi and meals. The staff is rude and not knowledgable about the food at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Only complaint is that our meals did not come out at the same time, I was practically through eating before my companion's meal came. Had I waited for her meal to come, mine would have been stone cold.
