This company only cares about profit and not customer service or protecting and helping their customers! I own a townhouse in Apex and Talis has been completely awful to our community!! They could care less about you and your community except taking your money!! They do not return any calls or emails and if you're lucky enough to get a hold of someone they are extremely rude, don't care, or are helpful whatsoever!! I have never worked with such a unprofessional group of people in my life!! If you are thinking about using this company I STRONGLY discourage you to reconsider and find a company who actually cares about their costumers!!

I have been consistently trying to contact the Property Manager for Cary Park for over a week now. They now say that the only way to contact a manager would be by email. This is severely poor customer service. Any property management company who only allows contact to their managers trough email should be ashamed of themselves.

I am not one to do this often, but when I receive exceptional service, I think it should be noted. I was needing some help today with HOA covenants and such, and Chelsea proved more then helpful. She took the time to sit with me, talk me through some things and help me understand what I needed to do to resolve what was going on.



You have a very STRONG employee in her!! I hope you will know how invaluable she is to you and Talis Management.

I've lived here 15 yrs. and have never experienced issues with communication from the HOA board. The quarterly newsletters are an informative means of communication. Every time I've had a neighborhood question or concern I've contacted Megan at Talis and she has ALWAYS provided superb customer service on behalf of the board. I appreciate the many volunteer board members over the last 15yrs for giving so much of their time to this community.

If you have a concern, prepare to wait. My experience has been nothing short of exhausting. Phone calls not returned and months before a resolution if any is absolutely unacceptable. My thoughts are echoed by a large majority within our community and we have had enough. If you expect a prompt, attentive and professional property management company Talis is not the one.

I work with Talis on a monthly basis. I never have problems getting a callback. I mostly deal with the accounting dept as I do refinancing. All the homeowners I work with seem happy.

I most definitely love working...

I definitely love working with the Talis group. Any issues I have are resolved immediately. They always take the time to listen to any questions or concerns I ever have. I have never felt like they were trying to give me the run around. Overall Talis is a very trustworthy and professional company and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I would like to compliment Talis for the courteous and attentive manner in which they handled my request. They left me a professional voicemail, "walking me through" the steps on the website, to acquire Restrictive Covenants, but also said I can feel free to call or email if I wasn't successful. I sent an email and had a response from them, with the attachment, within a couple of hours.



It's wonderful to have such a professional and quick response!

I am a homeowner in a community managed by Talis and their attention to detail has been a blessing. Before buying property in an HOA managed community, I heard a lot of horror stories from friends who were managed by other companies about paying a ton of money for a lot of nothing. Talis is a large company but never makes you feel that way as a customer, I have always received attentive and polite service and I appreciate them staying on top of tenants with the sanitation standards of Boo Radley. Thank you for keeping my community looking beautiful, Talis!

Words cannot describe how great this company is. The staff works extremely hard and are very professional! All around such an amazing company to work with. I highly recommend them. I find them very professional and knowledgeable. They met and exceeded every expectation I had and went above and beyond! Talis is very easy to communicate with, and responds very quickly to any questions or concerns.

I have had rental properties for almost 37 years and Talis is, without a doubt, the BEST management company I have ever had. And SO much easier than doing it myself. They have been friendly and responsive to both my needs and the needs of my (our) tenants. They are well organized and tend to things in a timely manner. They take pride in what they do and how they do it -- and it shows. Everyone has been most helpful in giving me tips regarding my interactions with management companies that I have in other areas. I just wish they could handle all my properties.
