This Target Store does not adhere to set work Schedules set by management,A person may be scheduled until 11:00 p.m. however they do not adhere to it, I know for a fact that some employees do not leave the store until 11:45 p.m. and have to return at 8:00 a.m. the next day by the "Set Schedule" If a person works their schedule and is filling in for someone else a couple of hours later for the other person. they do not give the employee enough time to go outside to get Lunch before starting the other persons shift that they are filling in for. It seems that this store is caring for profits rather than Employees welfare, It looks to me as if the U.S. is starting to take on Japan's employment habits, Work the Employee to Death then just replace them, I guess this is the new "American Way" Huh? This is so disgusting!!! And they treat the employees like Dirt! Just to make a buck! If I could I would NOT put ANY STARS! Zero!
