Thomas Jefferson once famously stated "With great risk comes great reward". In 2002 I took a great risk and left a career, in which I'd excelled, to launch a real estate sales business. It was a "build from the ground up" endeavor in a new location that challenged me to step outside my comfort zone in search of that great reward.

How far we've come: Today The Allan Rodgers Team's combined North Carolina property sales volume tops $27 million. We've represented buyers and/or sellers of properties with sales prices ranging from $156,000 to $1.4 million. The team boasts 14 years of real estate experience while working with first time home buyers/sellers, seasoned real estate veterans as well as vacation property and luxury home clients.
