College Inn is a really nice living environment & it is extremely close to campus. The prices are affordable and the fact that that you have access to the pool, gym, and tanning bed really made me want to live here. The new management always has food in the office like cookies and they cook out every Friday which is a plus. Things have definitely changed for the good since the new management came in December. I live in a 4 x 4 and like the new renovations and appliances they have added. I would definitely suggest for anyone to live here especially since all utilities are included and its furnished.
