I've really enjoyed my stay with the Preiss Company...On their conventional housing side, the entire staff has been very helpful and are always quick to respond.

My son lives in a dorm on a college campus, managed by the Preiss Company. Management of the facility are very nice, but the maintenance is not impressive. Ceiling tiles that need to be replaced, shabby jobs of painting, rusted out toilet paper holders, rusted shower heads, paint on the carpet, insufficient air conditioning. This property is billed as a luxury private dorm, but it is far from that. As a matter of fact, it's not even up to on-campus standards. On football weekends the trash at the front door overflows, the pots of plants are dying, handprints all over the glass doors, dirty entrance and lights that need to be replaced. When I looked up the website of the Preiss Company, they listed an out of order phone number and no one would return my calls for 3 days.
