Under the new management, insider info says that if you come in dressed nicely, you get upcharged. If you use your AAA discount, you are upcharged, so that your discount isn't worth anything. The new management ran off all of the former employes, because he was going to reduce their hourly pay, because he thought they were getting paid too much. Not due to performance or time there, but because he was that cheap. This man owns at least three if not more UPS Stores in the area. I went in after the change and was charged $2.50 for tape and a fragile sticker, plus the sales clerk had ZERO personality, which as it turns out he knows the rules on upcharging and is fine with it...but the others that left were NOT. So, this review is not just from INSIDE information, but FROM experience. I've known the prior owner for years. Good luck doing business with someone like this.
