Terrible service overall. My nails look average. $35 for a gel manicure. The staff is super rude. This is 2nd time I've been there where I've been moved to a different seat and had 3 different people work on my nails. This is the kind of place where the staff look at a customer say something in another launguage and giggle. It's just rude. They play on their cell phones and talk to each other instead of focusing on the customer. I have been there multiple times because of the hours and location but honestly not worth the crappy service.

This used to be my favorite place to go for a pedicure, but after being injured the past couple of times there, I'll NEVER go back!! Once I left with bleeding toes and the past time I had raw spots on my feet where they overused the callus grater tool. I called and asked for my money back, but they have a "no money back" policy. Instead, they will redo the treatment. Seriously?!!

This place SUCKS! I live in Brier Creek and my regular salon I go to is off of Wake Forest Road in the same shoppng center as Stein Mart which are the "best of the best" in the area. I thought I would it a try since it is around the corner from me and I've never been so disappointed and furious in my life! I called them prior to my visit asking questions and they lied to me about everything I ask them and didn't find out until I was well in to my pedicure at which time I was STUCK. They operate like a factory and to think they are expanding so they can expand their factory environment is sickening!

I went in there after hearing they did a good job. The place was very busy-although I didn't have to wait long, the woman who did my nails never once talked to me. She did my nails so bad they were all broken off within a week. What a waste of money! They spent more time talking to each other (the technicians) than they did being polite to customers. I would NEVER go back there again!

Last couple times I have been there for a fill-in on acryclic nails I have left with bleeding fingers. When they use the drill to work on the nails they are not careful at all. They have tore up my fingers. I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my friends.
