I have been a patient here since 1974. Over the years, the practice has been updated many times to reflect changes in the practice of dentistry, and the dental care has only improved since that time. Nowadays, the technology used in this office is phenomenal! Drs. Wainright and Wassel use 3D X-rays and digital impressions to make my life easier as a patient.



I have always enjoyed coming here and I know I receive excellent care from Drs. Wainright, Wainright, and Wassel!

DO NOT GO HERE, These people are rude, abrasive, and very condescending. Some Really Old Blonde haired lady who favored the crypt keeper ran around turning up her nose at everyone and they had the nerve to ask what political party I was supporting when I went in for a cleaning. The assistants seemed nice and the equipment was new but you could not pay me enough to return there. I've never felt so belittled as I did when I went there, save yourself the embaresment DO NOT GO HERE

I am new in town and am a "dental-phobic". I went to 2 other dentists in Raleigh only to be terribly disappointed before a co-worker finally referred me to Wainright & Wassel DDS. When I called to make my first appointment, I knew this was the place for me. The lady up front who answered the phone was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help me. She even offered to give me a tour of the office and to introduce me to the doctors prior to my appointment so that I would be more comfortable (I warned her I was a wuss!) and so that I could get a feel for the place.



When I walked through the door, I was welcomed by smiling faces and felt immediately at home in their beautiful, comfortable office. I met all 3 doctors and their asisstants who were all very warm, and very professional. It was obvious that this team is very well trained and knowledgeable, AND they take pride in what they do.



I now bring my entire family to this practice. I see Dr. Mark Wainright, my husband sees Dr. Bruce Wainright, and the kids see Dr. Wassel (who makes sure he gets those "sugar bugs" out of their teeth, ha ha ha, they love it!). I use the laughing gas when I get my dental work, and I am slowly but surely coming out of my dental-phobia through Dr. Mark's gentle and pain free dentistry.



This practice was a breath of fresh air. Of all my experiences in ANY medical/dental office, Wainright & Wassel DDS take the cake. These people care about their patients and it shows. Go see for yourself!
