Poor Customer Service

This is to all the customers that goes to Wendy's on Six Forks Road by the Jifffy Lube. I have experienced that when you have a problem with your order there is never a manager or supervisor available to reslove your issue. If you go through the drive threw window make sure to check your order before driving off. I have ordered chilli from this Wendy's location on several occasions and they never give you what you pay for. The chilli cup is half full or below half full and when you try to call the resturant back to speak to a manager or supervisor they will not answer or someone will pick the phone up and then hang up in your ear. That is the worst you can treat a paying customer. Ignore them and then dont' give them what they have paid for. Personally, I have had enough with this Wendy's and perfer to go to Snoopy's. The choice is yours choose wisely.
