Highly recommend Westgate Imports. We found the sales experience very good - not pushy, very courteous and professional. We found the car we wanted and the purchase process was quite easy. After we had the car for a few days, there was a problem with it. We called Westgate and they said bring it in and let their service department take a look at it, even though we bought the vehicle As Is - No Warranty. Westgate ended up making the repairs on our car for no charge. They did not have to do this and the fact that they did speaks volumes about how they do business and how they value their customers. Sam (sales) and Justin (GM) were great to work with. I will certainly look at Westgate first when I next need to purchase a vehicle.

I had my vehicle towed there following an accident, and they were super helpful! I ended up having to purchase a new vehicle since mine had totaled. It was such a painless process. I can't thank them enough for making everything so easy for me, especially when I was still so shaken up.

Took my car there for body work following an accident. They just needed to replace the bumper cover and the tow bar. When I got it back they had not replaced the tow bar. They left the old one on and just thought I wouldn't notice. Had to get that done. I just went to tow something and the hitch was so loose I was afraid to tow anything with it. There is NO quality control here. NO pride in their work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I gave them one star because that is as low as I can go.

I took my two vehicles (1995 Mustang and 1999 Mazda Protege) to them for routine maintenance and repairs from 2005 until this year (when I moved). When I needed a repair, they always would explain their findings ahead of time, recommend the lower cost approach first (if there were multiple possible root causes to the problem), and could fit in the work on my vehicles at short notice. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic.
