The management is horrific.Found out we were going to have an hour wait on our prepayed take out. I asked for my refund. They ran out of money in the register. They said they would refund it to my Credit Card. I asked for a receipt, the women said she did not have the access in the system for refunds and to provide a receipt.I told her after seeing how this place is ran I was not going to leave in good faith. $51 order. The manager who had access to the system told her to tell me which she did and a snide voice that it would be a 30 minute wait for a receipt. I said that was unacceptable. They said deal with it and a young little punk employee who was 16-18 started running his mouth to me and another customer who asked for a refund making the situation a lot worse.. I still have not gotten my refund. Do yourself a favor and go to a Buffalo Wild Wings where you can count on the service or right across from this location is a Wild Wing Cafe which I have had great experiences at.
