Love the food &amp; atmosphere...

Love the food and atmosphere, HATE the service. I could eat their catfish sandwich and cakes everyday but have decided to boycott the restaurant due to consistently atrocious service and after witnessing a recent incident. The bussers and food runners are all very sweet but two waitresses in particular exhibit the worst type of service I have ever seen: arrogant, aloof, cold. During my last visit, I overheard a waitress and the owner muttering rude & racist comments about a group dining near us and have decidedly stayed away since then. For years I heard horrible stories from friends and put up with the poor service because the food really is delicious. But this put me over the edge and has left a lasting negative impression. It's a real disappointment because the restaurant and shop have such potential and used to be a favorite.
