West Central Cooperative is a full-service, farmer-owned cooperative headquartered in Ralston, Iowa. Its trade territory spans ten counties and extends 55 miles in each direction. West Central's operating divisions include grain, agronomy, feed, soy processing and administration. It offers a full line of Farmland feeds at the Audubon, Boxholm, Halbur, and Ralston, Iowa, facilities. These four mills manufacture thousands of tons of feed each week. The tons manufactured add value to producers who deliver their corn and beans to West Central. Its services offered include scratch mix feed, manufacturing, grain bank, livestock consulting, pelleting and bagged feed. West Central's Agronomy division serves customers in 11 counties and encompasses a 40-mile radius around Ralston. West Central Professional Services was implemented in 1981. West Central Cooperative has become one of the leaders of Global Positioning Systems and scouting as a value added service.
