Provided by YP.comDuring a 2-hour training session, Karen was very patient with me. I am a small business owner with bookkeeping (blech!) as a portion of my duties. Karen explained concepts in ways that helped me understand them, rather than to just memorize them. She listened to my questions thoroughly, and rather than responding by guessing what I might need, she asked specific questions that helped her understand where my confusion lay. As well, I have emailed Karen with several follow-up questions that she has responded to quickly and pleasantly. I now have confidence in the knowledge that if I get stumped while doing my company's bookkeeping, I have somewhere to turn for answers!
