I have been going here since it opened. But, recently Ben double booked me for an appointment w/Gina who does my nails very well. He apologized and told me I can have them done by another person who did a french manicure but wasn't sure what to do with a patch that lifted. Therefore, two days later, that nail chipped. I called and spoke to Sue, the owner and told her this situation but I wasn't certain I would make it in prior to my vacation. When I returned she said she would fix it no charge and put me in book w/Gina. When I got there, it seemed that since Sue wasn't there, Ben and Gina felt since some time lapsed I should have to pay for this to be fixed. (which took about 4 minutes) and when I arrived she was having her feet done! Nonetheless, Ben said there will be a fee. When I told him that I wasn't paying a fee for a small fix that Sue offered at no charge - he told me he hopes he never sees me again. If you feel this is nice customer service, feel free to go.
