I was a charter member to Millenium Fitness Club. For years I was extremely happy with the club. It was small, local and fit all my needs. Over time the gym or rather the management of the gym has gradually fallen short. Once they got rid of a manager that was on duty all the time it became increasingly hard to get in touch with the owner when problems came up. But the last year has been the worst yet. I signed a year contract like I always have. Then before the year was close to up they decided to change the terms of contract. They decided the towel service that was already paid for with my membership should garner them and extra $15 a month to continue. We were told if we didn't like it to bring our own towels. I felt like this was a complete breach of contract. This club has NO interest in maintaining there loyal customers, only in drawing in new customers that they can take advantage of in the future. I'm disappointed because I did enjoy the club in the past, but the only thing that would draw me back to this club is new ownership!
