I found Black Diamond Auto Sales through yelp while looking to pickup my first car here in Sacramento area. I had never worked with a car dealer before and was a little hesitant go that route but I couldn't have made a better decision.

Nathan was the plug every step of the way! Super personable and attentive. He responded to texts, calls and emails at all hours and any day of the week. Due to my work schedule I was never able to meet him or view vehicles before my purchase, so I was putting a lot in his hands.

He got me into a 2008 Mercedes S550 for pennies on the dollar to what the dealership was offering. No games, no gimmicks and at the end of it all, he had the car delivered to my apartment with all the paperwork already taken care of. My girlfriend will be coming to see these guys. I will be referring all my people to Black Diamond Auto in the future.

I'm the most skeptical person when it comes to deals that seem too good to be true, but I can assure anyone still on the fence that these guys are just really really good at their job!

Just purchased a car here 2 days ago and I couldn't be more happy. A lot of people have been telling me to check out Black Diamond Auto but I was skeptical. Came in on a Tuesday to check out a car. I was definitely not expecting to actually be leaving with a car 1 hours later! The guy who helped us was Nathan. He made the whole process feel so easy and we didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable one bit. I had brought my mom in with me and even she was very impressed with this place which was a surprise. Everything just seemed too good to be true but it worked out and I left with a car with payments way lower than I was expecting. I will always be referring everyone to Black Diamond Auto Sales now.

We had a GREAT experience at Black Diamond auto Sales in Rancho Cordova. We drove off in a car that we are so happy with!



Nathan was amazing! He provided us with exemplary customer service, walking us through the process from looking at various models, pointing out the important specs of the different cars, hopping in with us to test drive, and then connecting us to his wonderful colleagues for the financing and documentation pieces. He was very friendly and able to answer our many questions. We were very impressed with his service. Even after we purchased the car, he was very prompt and helpful in answering questions about insurance, etc.

This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever been through. Nathan, our sales associate, was extremely helpful, knowledgable, accommodating, and most importantly, very HONEST. He walked us through the entire process and all that and explained every detail so we could understand. He even took the time to teach my roommate to drive stick! I have a BMW and its a gas guzzler and I'm considering trading it in for something more economical but of similar caliber. Their selection of classy, high end, low mileage, high performance vehicles is ridiculous and their prices...perfect. My roommate got a great car at a cost that didn't break her bank and we had Nathan help us with absolutely everything. Who would have thought buying a car could actually be fun! Thanks Nathan and Thanks Black Diamond Auto! When I finally decide to give up my SUV I know exactly where to go to get the car I want and the best, most honest service in town!

Bought a car from "Nathan" and we wanted to show car Pep Boys before purchase, but he insisted he had done all the tests with his mechanic and wanted us to go to him.

long story short, later took to pep boys and suspension was gone, front brakes needed replacement, tires...which according to his mechanic were very good still need to be replaced VERY soon. Had major problems with radiator...but it was "as is" so cant do anything.



Conclusion: Black Diamond Auto's staff are not "men of their words" He is a good sales man, tries to relate to you, but untrustworthy and I advise you to show your own mechanic before purchase.



P.S. do not believe him about how things can be "easily" fixed...research it yourself and decide...dont take his word for it.



P.S.S. I posted this review on Yelp and he has been calling me MANY times and threatened me to take it off.
