This store has gone downhill fast. They didn't want to help, if you asked a question. They'd be oh it's in that corner... or it should.

Rudest clerks ever. Arguing amongst themselves on who would pull product for holds or for other stores. Said they should of told them they didn't have it, since it was a waste of their time. They even made fun of a deaf customer, who had to do an exchange. Because of a language barrier, as she walked out the door they started making fun of her. So I could only imagine what they say about other customers, if they having speaking difficulties. Or mental disabilities. We've gone to this store twice since moving to Sac. I'd rather drive up to my hometown in Placerville to get my games. Than support a store that hires arrogant jerks.

Ive tried other gamestores but this one is the best by far
