Before winter and spring hit last year they made sure that our building was safe. They took care of the windows and the parking lot, and that everything was ready for an inclement weather.

KCM, has been great. Our landlord's leasing agent, Susan Shaffer, has been considerate, responsive and frankly very interested and supportive towards the success of our business. Expectations and understanding of roles and responsibilities are extremely clear for both tenant and landlord and they take theirs very seriously. Two years in, still waiting for a catch... Probably won't be one.

Everyone at KCM Commercial Property Management is great! Judy is always on top of everything and Dee and Carol in bookkeeping are great too!
