This place used to be my favorite pizza establishment. I ordered a pizza on 4/28/15 to be delivered. Some old man who didn't speak english well tried to give me a small pizza with pepperoni and my order was for a large snowy alps and a med pepperoni. I completed my order online and it came out to 40.25. The guy who tried to deliver the wrong pizza insisted it was my pizza and he couldn't do anything about it he was just the driver. I called the pizza place, the lady who answered assured me that they never got my order that totaled to 40.25, but received an order for my address that totaled 16 dollars. She voided the order and said she reorder and run my card again. We had to wait another hour, got the pizza at 9:15 p.m. after my son's bed time. I called back because both charges were cleared my account. The person that answered the phone the following day said they couldn't find my 40.25 order, they didn't know who took the call and credited my account, they would have the owner, Bill who was at the other store call me, and took down my information. No one called me, today I call and a guy answers the phone, says he doesn't know who I spoke to on either day, he just answers the phone, that there are many girls that work there so he had no idea who took my information. He said the owner hasn't shown up at the store for months. He could write a note for him. I said that was not acceptable because someone already did that and I have not heard from them. I asked for "Bill" the owners last name and he said he didn't know it. I said, if you got robbed or a health inspector came and shut your place down right now, are you telling me you have no way to inform him. He said we can call him but he never answer the phone. He ended the call saying a credit should show up on my account in 2 to 3 days. I hope so, and it better be for the full amount. I will NEVER order from these guys again. I had liked their pizza so much too. :'(

Three months ago I would have given this restaurant 5 stars; however, the last two times we have ordered for delivery, the pizza arrived over an hour late - and once didn't arrive at all. So even though the pizza is very good, we won't be ordering again from this location because of the service. I think new management is in order.
