I made appointments for cleanings for my husband and myself, we went at the same time so we had different dentists, he said his was just okay, but I really liked mine. The appointments did take a very long time, I had a brief consultation with the dentist before we started to go over any concerns, then I was taken to get x rays. After I was taken to the actually 'chair' that's where I sat the longest. Between the dentist, his assistant and the benefits coordinator I was there for over an hour without getting anything really done to my teeth. But everyone I dealt with was friendly and really just wanted to let me know options about concerns I was having. Then at the end I got a completely different lady to do the cleaning and she wasn't as nice, she harped at me about flossing and wasn't very gentle. After I met back up with my husband he told me that he was coming back in for an orthodontic consultation, this did surprise me, so I can understand the other reviews saying that they are pushy, but I've been wanting him to get braces for a while. so this doesn't bother me. Besides the appointment lasting so long, we were there for an hour and a half, and the hygienist who did the cleaning we had a great experience, and I will go back to them.
