Run away, don't go here. No daycare, steam room & Jacuzzi broken for over a year. They lost a loyal customer of 12years.

I am the new owner of CAC for 2014. We have changed the issues with previous policies and currently have the gym filled with a great staff and community members. The gym has been around for over 25 years and like any gym that has; it carries some scratches and bruises. It definately isn't your fancy over the top, crowded, who can dress cooler while working out type of gym. I left LA FITNESS 18 months ago and could not be happier. CAC has more than enough equiptment for anyone of any age to get into great shape; and basically if you are serious about going to the gym to actually workout without the hassle of waiting for machines or finding parking and paying high prices... Then I highly reccomend CAC!

THE PLACE SMELLS ,MACHINE ARE OLD,THEY DONT EVEN WORK RIGHT THEY ARE ALL TAPE UP WITH DUCT TAPE !! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY BODY TO GO AND SIGN UP YOU CANCEL YOUR GYM MEMBERSHIP THEY FIND A WAY TO CHARGE YOUR ACOUNT BY SAYING THEY NEVER GOT YOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE WICH IS CRAP BECUSE ITS CERTIFIED LETTER THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! SMELLS LIKE CRAP !!!!!!!!!!
