I took a $500.00 leather jacket in to be cleaned I have called twice it had not come in ....I called today I was told it was picked up by someone I was lied to on the phone the people didn't know where the leather jacket was it is still at the leather factory I will never ever do business with this cleaners again I was not given the name of a manager or an owner I was told they had no phone numbers for me they could not help me this is the worst service I've ever had in this town and I've been here 40 years

Do NOT go to this dry cleaners. The cleaners will damage your clothing and not offer any reimbursement or compensation for it. Also, they will blame you for all of the damaged clothing that they damaged. On top of that the Owner (Matt) is very rude and disrespectful. When I told him that my clothes were damaged after I took them to his dry cleaners, he insulted me in front of customers, raised his voice at me and told me he was going to offer nothing for my damaged clothing. I will never go back to Central Park Cleaners and I would recommend that no one support such a worthless establishment.
