This review is only in regards to the manager and office staff at this location. Her name is Stacey Ryan. We came in to redo my daughters glasses. The doctor recommended bifocals in her lenses and they were very blurred and high up. He told her if she didn’t like them bring them back in. So we did. It’s her only pair of frames and lenses she owns. Several weeks earlier she had been given a trial pair of contact lenses to try out with a stronger prescription but her intention was to wear glasses and uses the contacts until her glasses and lenses were ready. We hit a roadblock because we had to send her only pair of glasses back into the lab to redo the lenses and the trial contacts needed to be changed out they were falling apart. Long story short we asked Stacey and some other woman if we could please have one more pair of trial lenses to carry her over because her glasses had to be sent out again to the lab. She said NO and that we had to buy a years worth of contact lenses b 4 they could give us another pair of lenses. We explained she wanted to use glasses and not contacts and she said no. We argued and went back and forth with her even my 16 yr old daughter got into it with her. They clearly don’t care about customer serviceable they use too. It’s all about money and profit for them now. No care or concern for their patients and clients. The eye doctors r wonderful and professional. It’s the staff that oversees sizing and sending out frames and making appts. thAt is doing a very poor job and the doctors of owners just don’t care 🤷‍♀️ it’s a shame that this place is willing to lose valuable customers like us of 8 yrs over such petty issues like trial contact lenses. I mean they get them for free.
