Provided by YP.comNice Find. Six months ago I got tired of paying a monthly membership and decided to venture out and find me a new spa to get my massages at. I tried a few places that were OK, but then I found Dreamscape Spa online and used their coupon for a $40 massage. The massage was very relaxing but also worked down inside my muscles so that I came out feeling like I could barely walk out to my car. I had to sit in my car for awhile to get my bearings for the drive home. Just a great relaxed feeling. After that massage, I've come back four times with the same results, so this is now my place. I'm saving money, getting a great massage, and I can come right after work because they have a shower that I can use to knock off the dust from my job.

Provided by YP.comExcellent Day Spa to pamper yourself at. I went to their website and found some coupons for a $40 massage and it was fantastic. The girl who did my massage really knew what she was doing and she was strong and I mean real strong. I came back a week later and got another excellent massage from a different girl. I then came back a month later and got still another massage and it was excellent also. They seem to have just really good therapists here. I've been going to other places and I thought they were good, but this place is way better. I really would advise you to try it out and see for yourself.

Provided by YP.comWhen I want to relax and spoil myself, I come to Dreamscape for the following reasons:
1. Excellent massage therapists who are strong and experienced.
2. Nice, large rooms with solid massage tables.
3. Soft piped in music and low lighting for a tranquil experience.
4. Friendly staff and an owner who makes me feel very welcome when I come in.
5. Deals on their website.
6. Clean shower and bathrooms.
Areas that they could improve on:
1. I wish they were open on Sundays.
2. Better deals on the table shower.

Provided by YP.comWhenever I come here, its like being on a mini vacation. They really have excellent massage therapists and with the soft music playing, the lights down low, I find myself totally relaxed with the stress just melting away. Before I came here on a regular basis, I had neck and back pain that had plagued me for many years. Over the last year, my pain has slowly gone away to where I no longer have any pain. Yes!!!! Vivian and Alex are my two favorites, but I've also had others that are very good also. They seem to have a good knack for hiring therapists, so I don't think you have to worry about getting somebody lame to do your massage.
About the facility, its rooms are large, nice clean bathrooms, and has a roomy shower. It definitely has a spa atmosphere and you feel relaxed just walking in.

Provided by YP.comI like to golf and my back gets tweeked every once in a while. I can always count on a really good massage when I come here. When I say good, I mean they are deep and really work the muscles in my back. I always feel better when I leave. The staff is friendly and the owner is funny and helpful making sure I get the right therapist for me.

Provided by YP.comI was very disappointed & would not recommend this facility to anyone. I was treated rudely & dismissively by the staff and my frequent requests to speak with a manager/supervisor/owner have gone unanswered. I was told a "very nice" man named "Greg" owned the business but he only checks in "every few days" because "he has children." When did having children prohibit someone from doing their job? Clearly, spa patrons are not a priority to the operators of this spa.
I came in over three weeks ago with a $120 gift card & was turned away because the gift card was "too old." Despite a very clear promise on the bottom that said it "never expires" I was told that *everyone* knows to use a gift card "within six months." Well, I did not know that that was some widely understood rule of gift card use. When I asked about the "never expires" clause, I was given a confusing, run-around, circular explanation about how only the owner, identified as Greg, could fix this problem by updating my gift card...that is, when he got around to it. I was not given any idea when this problem might be resolved, if ever. The problem is, Greg rarely comes in and the lady operating the front desk, named Lisa, refused to contact him. I asked for Greg's last name & a contact number and was harshly rebuffed. What kind of business refuses to afford its customers such basic information? Instead, I left MY name & number & asked Greg to contact me. He never has, despite my own follow-up calls & reminder messages left with Lisa.
To make matters worse, I called on Monday July 20 & made an appointment (for the following day at 10am) for a facial & massage (a $130 package). I spoke with an unidentified gentleman who was very polite and accommodating. At that time, I informed him of two things: 1. the amount of my gift card and 2. the date it was purchased. When I told him it was two years old (purchased on 7/9/07 and the appointment was 7/21/09), he said--and I quote--"that's not a problem, ma'am." I took the day off of work, drove an hour to the spa, & was super excited to get a well-earned massage & facial. Lisa was initially very polite to me...until she saw the date on the gift card & her entire demeanor changed abruptly; she instantly became uncooperative, unsympathetic, & dismissive. I was turned away from DreamScape Spa without services rendered or any reimbursement.
As it stands now, I cannot get anyone to call me back to discuss this & am rebuffed any time I ask to speak with some sort of supervisor/manager/owner. If I had ANY inclination that I would have had this much trouble, I would have never wasted my time!! I was insulted and treated with utter contempt. I was absolutely shocked by the extreme unprofessionalism displayed by the staff & this entire business establishment.
DreamScape Spa issued a gift card for $120 and refused to render services. I cannot get anyone to speak with me about my experience & as far as I'm concerned, this is FRAUD. This is a classic case of "bait-and-switch"--we gave them money and they are changing the rules about how the gift card works...or really doesn't work. I feel completely taken advantage of. I strongly advise fellow massage-seekers to take their business elsewhere. A spa visit should be a relaxing, calming experience--not one of insult, stress, and disappointment.

Provided by SuperpagesMy favorite place to go when my husband is out golfing! The staff is nice and friendly, the rooms are beautiful, and they give me just the pressure I want during the massage. Believe me, I'm totally relaxed when I leave. I wish I was there right now.
