I hired this couple to re-upholster an oversized cuddle chair in January 2009.

We received the chair back completed a few weeks later and to our disappointment it reeked of cat urine. Just to make sure that i was not smelling things i asked my family and a couple friends to smell the chair and they all agreed that it must have been urinated on.

During a previous visit to their garage where they conduct their work we witnessed two cats roaming the area and one sitting on a cushion probably for another customer. I then proceeded (after picking up the completed chair) to contact the owner regarding the issue and asked her in a calm fashion to come and pick up the chair since i cannot stand the smell of cat urine. Her response was as follows:



"Take me to court its all in your mind".



She then proceeded to end the conversation. Now i am stuck with a chair that has to be thrown away and i am out $350. It smells so bad of urine that i cannot even in good conscience resell this chair to anyone.



THIS IS NOT A GOOD BUSINESS, BUYER BEWARE. Please do not use this business, she was unprofessional about an issue that was entirely her responsibility.
