Kessler Alair Insurance is a one stop shop for all your insurance needs. The staff 5 Star all the way, thorough and professional. I know Mike Donaldson personally through business dealings... he specializes in all personal lines as well as health, life and disability and is extremely knowledgeable in how to help any business be the best it can be for it's employees, being a guiding light for the business owner. Mike is a service driven man who cares only about making sure he is doing the right thing for his clients. He is great to work with.

Overall very good. Nice people, good service.

I wasn't really interested in getting a quote from Kessler Alair in the begginning; I just wanted to ask them some specific insurance questions that other agencies wouldn't give me because I had to "provide information for a quote first." The agent I talked to, without thinking twice, answered my questions and when he didn't know the answer found it out and got back to me asap! I was very satisfied. Finally an insurance company that isn't jerking me around.

Kessler Alair Insurance is great! They were so helpful and genuinely interested in helping me understand different aspects of insurance I hadn't understood before. I'm very impressed with the knowledge of their agents.
