Provided by YP.comWe spent $1,100 on an HP1055 plotter and they NEVER fix the problem!
They replaced everything thay can - printer inks, printer heads, belt, sensors, and holders. They took everything apart and told you it's COD only!!! The technician finally tell you the controller board is the problem and that will be another $700. Wow!
We gave up because we can not trust them anymore. I guess that's how they can make a lot of money on this kind of machine. What a company!
