I have been working with the Law office of Rocky A. Johnson for about 13 months now. I sought our Rocky when my ex wife and I separated and were going into the divorce process. It got very ugly very fast and so many "fake swords" were thrown at me against my character in attempt for her to sway the judge in her favor for custody of our (at the time) 4 year old daughter. Rocky was by my side all along and always made sure I was relaxed (to the best of his ability) and showed a sense of confidence like no other knowing how much my daughter meant to me and guaranteed me we were going to prevail in the end. As we got into our first child mediation session the outcome was 50/50 but Rocky wasn't done yet. He continued to fight for me and stayed focus in the ultimate goal and I can stand here today and tell you that as of yesterday March 26, 2019 I was awarded permanent sole legal/physical custody of my 5 yr old daughter. Once we walked out of court, Rocky looked at me and put his fist out and said, "I told you all along" we were going to fight the fight and we would win and sure enough yesterday's outcome confirmed his words, his confidence, his loyalty and the pride he takes in what he does. Thank you Rocky and your team!!! The smell of victory is so sweet and all this was done in the best interest of my beautiful innocent daughter..

I have seen a negative review regarding Rocky and I can tell you first hand that the review was submitted by the opposing party’s family. I will tell you the review is unjust and simply not true. Unhappy people will write unhappy things. Rocky maintains a constant ethical and moral direction during all proceedings.

Absolutely ZERO professionalism. Constantly feeding you lies to get what he needs but not taking the client...in my case a 4 year old little girl in a custody battle into consideration. Never returns calls. Poor ethics. Definitely a lawyer I would stay far far away from. Unless you're pouring money into his pocket his isn't responding to you. I have been waiting weeks now for a response to clear up a custody order. He made a promise that if we could settle we could fix the small error but here we are months later and the error has gone unfixed because his unwillingness to return a phone call or answer an email.
