Another upset client....I have purchased three of the same keyboards from Monoprice all of which had small but irritating flaws, I order the last one 4 days ago, I paid a small extra fee for two to three day delivery. I see from the tracking information I will not get the product for another couple of days! This is not the first problem I have had with Monoprice. The first two keyboards I purchase were from Monoprice on ebay. I wrote the customer service about the problems I was having with the keyboards to see what they could offer as a fix for the problems. I received a email back telling me to contact the site on ebay which is theirs.... when you try to get some information on issues you're dealing with. DO NOT COUNT ON MONOPRICE customer service reps to be able to help you!! THEY DON'T see the same problem exists in their shipping department as well. They are consistent...I do hope they shipped the correct Items, I would hate to have to deal with a return!!!!

I have spent countless dollars with these people and when it comes to pony up and offer some customer service, they come up lame at the post. For a year and a half I've been trying to fix a problem with my car system. just found out it was the RCA cables all this time! Cables purchased from Monoprice! Then checked my sound systems (2) in the house and now have discovered 5/6 that are defective and I've got a half a dozen or more to check. Cheap crap from China!!When I called, the operator informed me, after being on the phone over 20 minutes, that I need to 'chat' with someone on their web site since they don't speak with anyone on the phone. Another 40 minutes of 'chatting' with a knucklehead and still didn't get anywhere! I swear I will never do business with them again! The one time to do what's right and they jerk me around. Too bad for them!

Poor Buying Experience :(

Have bought from them before, a couple of times before and have always ordered same day and pick up same day. For some reason when i went Friday they said i would have to come pick it up next business day which would be MONDAY? I explained that i have been doing the same routine as before and i would buy their products. They declined and off i went, 2 hours worth of driving ruined because their employees did not want to take 3 minutes gathering up 6 items of their warehouse bins (1 hour going and 1 hour returning, lost). Remember i have done this before and it would take an employee 3 minutes to get my stuff, me to sign and off i go. Myself i am a low voltage installer and i do home theater installations, when i get a call from a client they usually want it same day or next day, so when i got a call for an install, i said i would surely be able to pick up cables and mounts for the install same day and install same day.

I think their business model is jacked up, i know their is a lot people in my shoes who when they receive a job opportunity, they will want to get items quickly, not have to wait 3 days.

So i voiced my disspleasure with the head person in charge and no help. I dont get why all those times i bought things from them, they would do same day pick up but not now? It literally takes 3 minutes for them to gather the items and put it in a box. Very dissapointed will not shop their again.
